Why should I consider being a fraternity member?
Our society is racked by turmoil and alienation.  Men must learn to live together in harmony, respecting the beliefs and rights of others.  It is not accidental that fraternity members call each other "brother."  It implies a family relationship where care for the welfare and development of fellow members is the chapter's primary goal.
Fraternities do not exist within a void or vacuum.  The development process stems from exposure of the chapter members to social, cultural, athletic and academic programs of the campus and the community.  The chapter becomes the vehicle whereby the member can have the best of both worlds - - a group that genuinely cares about him and the community in which he will use the skills developed through collegiate and fraternity programs.
